This will be 2 areas, so 3,000 yen + return shipping fee 1,500 yen = 4,500 yen
● Processing period: Approximately 10 days (for 4 areas)
If there are more than 4 areas to be processed, it will take a little longer.
This process involves using special tools to widen or shave the areas where the boot rubs and causes pain.
Please note that processing may not be possible depending on the boot.
When shaping the shell, the boot is heated and molded using far-infrared heat.
At that time, slight discoloration, scorching, or bubbles may occur, but this does not affect the use of the boot.
Boot processing involves widening the lower shell using special tools.
Please be aware that the shell may get slightly scratched at that time.
・Please note that some boot manufacturers may have logo stickers that come off easily during processing.
・Please note that processing may not be possible in some areas. (e.g., above screws)
・If the boots you entrust to us are more than 3 years old since purchase, we may not be able to accept them as they may be damaged due to aging. Please understand in advance.
・We do not accept boots that have been processed at other stores.
・Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs for boots.
(We charge 1,500 yen as a return shipping fee when processing orders are placed)
・We will decide whether to extend or shave the shell based on the processing level, the condition of the contacts, and the thickness of the shell.
・If no level is specified, we will process it at a medium level (level 3).

*Boots with a list price of 20,000 yen or less and kids' boots are not eligible.
*If you bring boots purchased from the Tanabe Sports website to our physical store to request shell processing, please have the purchase confirmation email that we sent you ready beforehand, as we will need to verify it.
