Hem cutting, hemming, and alteration
● Processing period: Approximately 2-3 weeks
(Depending on the product, it may take up to 1 month.)
● The cutting location will differ depending on the specifications and design of the pants. (Pants hem or below the knee)
Pants with edge guards may be cut below the knee.
In that case, please note that the processing line from the cutting will be below the knee.
● If the cost exceeds 15,000 yen (tax included), we will contact you separately.
● When placing your order, please be sure to select the desired cutting length.
(If you wish to cut more than 10cm, please write it in the comments section.)
■ Order process ■
1. Once we receive and confirm your order, we will send you an email with instructions on where to send your pants.
Please check the email and send your pants to our store.
*Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
2. Once we receive the product, we will ship it to our processing contractor, who will begin processing.
*We will contact you before processing only if the cost exceeds 15,000 yen (tax included).
3. We will adjust the payment amount according to your payment method.
4. We will return the product to you after processing is complete.
*Please note that we cannot lengthen the hems of ski pants.
*For payment methods other than cash on delivery and bank transfer, due to system limitations, we may process the payment after you place your order and before you send us your clothing. Thank you for your understanding.
