BCA STEALTH 300 Avalanche Probe: A trusted probe for professionals and advanced users. Features laser-engraved depth markings and a short profile for easy storage in a bag. This year's updated BCA probe features large markings for easy depth readings during rescues and snow surveys. The professional-grade aluminum model features laser-engraved markings to prevent wear. BCA's Stealth Quick Lock hardware folds into a smaller package and prevents the cable from coming loose and hitting the probe in the face while working hard. The probe features orange snow depth markings: 1.5m (for rough probing), 2.5m (for precise probing), and deeper depths to warn you of approaching the snow bottom. The BCA probe disassembles into a tight bundle, and its tapered joint allows for quick reassembly. The depth ruler is available in two sizes. One side is marked in 5cm increments (for distress searches) and the other in 1cm increments (for snow depth recognition).
